Shipping & Payment Info
Custom Design Press is not responsible for lost packages if the tracking information is showing the item has been delivered to the address given by the customer. If order was lost or delayed by the shipping company, we are unable to issue a refund until 30 days after the date that it was mailed out. That is when a file a lost mail claim can be filed.
Customer is responsible for return shipping, if at anytime, Custom Design Press and Customer agree for an item to be returned or a refund is needed.
